Lisa Smith

Lisa hails from the great, yet mini, state of Rhode Island. She graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in Theater Arts, she was nominated for the Irene Ryan acting award, finishing top10 in New England. She has continued her art education at UCLA, RISD, Otis College of Art and Design, and The Los Angeles Center of Photography. Her studies included photography, graphic design, painting, drawing, typography, mosaics and digital media.

Lisa started at HSH as a parent in 1994 with her sons Dylan and Lyndon. She was very active with school events, chairing the auctions and producing class artworks. She joined the staff in 2009 teaching photography and, during the summer, she taught art, and movie making. She loves HSH for embracing her sense of humor and artistic vision, allowing her to create very unique yearbooks, all in an effort to bring smiles and light.
