    Important Dates and Requirements:

    • Application Deadline: December 31, 2025

    • Required materials include:

      • Completed FACTS Tuition Assistance application

      • Full and complete 2024 Federal Tax Returns

      • 2024 W-2s and/or 1099s

      • 2025 W-2s and/or 1099s (as soon as available)

      • Final submission of 2025 Federal Tax Returns (no later than May 1, 2026)

    This ensures families submit the initial documents with the application and the finalized returns by May 1, 2026.
