Applications for the 2027/28 school year are open, and a tour is the best way to see it for yourself.

Applying to HSH: here’s what to expect.
At Hollywood Schoolhouse, the admissions journey is personal, joyful, and designed to give you a true feel for our vibrant, child-centered community. Here’s how the process works:
Step 1:
Experience the school
Join us for a live campus tour led by our Director of Admissions who knows the school inside and out. See classrooms in action, hear authentic stories, and feel the warmth of our community.

Step 2:
Fill out the application
Once you’ve toured, you’ll be invited to complete our online application through RenWeb (our secure parent portal).
Application Fee: $150
Time to Complete: About 20 minutes
You'll be asked to share more about your child and your family.
Step 3:
Parent interviews
After applying, you’ll be scheduled for a 30–45 minute conversation with our Director of Admissions. We kindly ask that all parents attend the interview.
This is a space to share your story, ask questions, and connect with our school philosophy.
Step 4:
Student visit
We love getting to know each child in a setting that feels natural and fun.
Preschool: Classroom visit day
Kindergarten: Saturday assessment
Grades 1–6: Student visit during a regular school day
Step 5:
Admissions notification
Decisions are shared via email. Families who applied for Tuition Assistance will receive their award decisions at the same time.
Step 6:
Enrollment
Once accepted, you’ll be guided through next steps and welcomed into the HSH family. We’re thrilled to partner with you in your child’s journey, where learning is inspired, curiosity is fearless, and every child is known and celebrated.
