What drew you to HSH?

I love Hollywood Schoolhouse because it feels like a second home for every student — a place where curiosity is celebrated, kindness is taught, and every student is seen and supported.

Chris is an experienced industry generalist who has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, services and technology. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Chris served as the Head of Finance and Sales Operations for a publicly traded company, as well as in the financial due diligence and audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Merkt earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of California.
