Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship
At Hollywood Schoolhouse, we believe that whatever the challenge, we are better equipped to the task when we can appreciate and collaborate with those who are different from us. Our commitment to our students and our entire community is to embrace diversity. Differences in gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious belief, physical ability, learning style, ideology, family structure, or socioeconomic status can light the path to a greater understanding of the world and our place in it.
Endowing our students with fearless curiosity is only the first step. We seek to build on that foundation by teaching our students to temper curiosity with empathy and to demonstrate compassion to thoughts, perspectives, and experiences that are different from their own.
Our Parent IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Allyship) Committee consists of the following members:
