The Spring Book Fair was a HUGE success! A massive THANK YOU to our students, families, faculty and volunteers for making this our most successful fair yet.

The funds we raised will go straight towards purchasing new books for the Library. Students have been dropping suggestions in our “Suggestion Box” all year and I truly cannot wait to enrich our “New Arrivals” section with the fabulous titles our students have been waiting for.
Coming soon: we added a Student Author section to our Library! I’m thrilled to report we have received amazing submissions from student authors in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Kimberly Varella, a 3rd grade parent and book designer, came in and demonstrated three different binding techniques during our Library classes. Students were able to then design and make books of their own. So far we’ve received short stories, graphic novels, chapter books, poems, picture books, how-to-draw books, joke collections and more! To preserve their integrity, Student Author works will remain in the Library – please feel free to come in and take a look! Our authors and illustrators would love for you to read their work.
Thank you so much,
Sarah aka Ms. Boogie
