Year I Joined HSH: 2021

Hometown: Las Vegas, NV

Education: Chapman University, B.F.A. Acting, minor in English Journalism

Why HSH? I grew up around education; my mom was my elementary school principal. Because of this upbringing and my natural tendency towards curiosity, I have always loved being a part of the learning process. I began at HSH as a substitute teacher, and really came to love the sense of community and inclusion throughout this institution. I'm very thankful for my current position at HSH and excited to see where the journey takes me next!

What causes or non-profits do you support and why? I support the Trevor Project and Planned Parenthood.

What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you? When I'm not at HSH, I'm a working actress and writer!

What piece of advice would you give to a graduating sixth grader? No problem is too big for you to solve. It may seem like an insurmountable obstacle now, but looking back, I promise you everything will work itself out.
