Why HSH? Since 1998, the Hollywood Schoolhouse has welcomed me and has always embraced me and my show ideas. I have a strong camaraderie with the HSH staff, and it truly feels like home here at the Hollywood Schoolhouse.

What causes or non-profits do you support and why? Since 2003, I have been an advocate and supported AIDS Walk LA. I have walked in many events throughout the years and I am proud to say that my sister participated and raised money for the AIDS Cycle 2011. Go sister! Love you!

What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you? There are a few things... .I worked in the pistachio and olive fields at the age of 15. I sang back up for Sarah Brightman, Pete Townsend, Billy Idol, Alfie Boe, and Jared Leto. I sang tenor for the Pacific Chorale and the Blessed Sacrament Choir. I sang a duet with Amy Adams ("Enchanted", "Arrival", "Catch Me if You Can") to "Suddenly Seymour" from Little Shop of Horrors. The Disney movie "McFarland USA" is my life story. I danced backup for JoAnne Worley ("Laugh In").

What piece of advice would you give to a graduating sixth grader? Don't worry about what everyone thinks you should do or how you should act. Follow your heart and do what makes you happy. But don't wait too long, because the happier you are, the more you'll accomplish!
