Early Childhood
Pandas, Lead Teacher

Jordann Piegalski

Jordann grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Delaware. During high school, she found her love for teaching when she started working at a family owned preschool. Through college she continued with a strong commitment to the education of preschool children. After spending time in several schools throughout Delaware, she realized she wanted to broaden her horizons and followed her sister out to Los Angeles, California. Once Jordann graduated she packed up all her things and drove out west. She settled into her new environment and began her search for the perfect preschool, which she quickly found at Hollywood Schoolhouse. Before accepting the position as an assistant teacher in the Busy Bee class she spent a day visiting Hollywood Schoolhouse during their summer camp program. Jordann immediately felt welcomed by staff, teachers and children, and realized this is where she wanted to teach!

Jordann currently teaches in our Junior Kindergarten program. She has been teaching there for the past nine years and accepted a role as the program coordinator last year in addition to her role as a teacher.

Outside of school she loves to travel to new and exciting places, spend time with her friends and family, as well as listening to live music.
